Trust

Some actions in Silent Heaven could be dangerous to your character if done by the wrong people. By default, your character doesn't trust anyone. You can give explicit consent to a specific action by typing TRUST (name) TO (action). For example, if you want to trust Jane to heal you, you can type: TRUST JANE TO HEAL You have to be in the same room as someone to trust them, because trust requires explicit consent. Your character also needs to know their name, and they need to know your character's name. (See HELP GREET.) When your character trusts someone, they'll be notified. Trust is persistent until revoked. To revoke trust, simply repeat what you typed: TRUST JANE TO HEAL You can replace TRUST with UNTRUST if you want, but it's not required. When you revoke trust, the other character will not be notified. You can revoke trust at any time, even when not in the other character's presence. The actions you can trust characters to do to your character are: Attack - Your character trusts someone to attack your character without first BLOCKing them. Escort - Your character trusts someone to follow your character closely wherever you go, whenever they want. Grab - Your character trusts someone to grab your character and carry your character around, whenever they want. Additionally, if that character trusts your character back, both characters can RESIST their way out of a grab automatically. Heal - Your character trusts someone to treat your character's physical injuries, whenever they want. Hide - Your character trusts someone to hide your character in a room, whenever they want. Inspect - Your character trusts someone to collect forensic evidence from your character, whenever they want. Search - Your character trusts someone to frisk your character and see what's in your character's pockets, whenever they want. If you want to put full trust in someone, allowing them to do any of the above to your character, type TRUST (name) WITH ALL. For example: TRUST JANE WITH ALL If you want to revoke all trust in someone, type TRUST (name) WITH NOTHING.
