Stats
Your characters stats includes their vital stats, progress, and top-ranked skills. To view your character's stats, type STATS.
STATS
You'll see your character sheet, separated into three sections.
The first section is your character's personal stats: Eye color, skintone, hairstyle, gait, voice, and pronouns. To change your character's pronouns, type PRONOUNS.
PRONOUNS
Select the pronouns you want to use from the list. Don't see your desired pronouns listed? Contact staff and we can help you out!
The second section is your progress. This includes the date your character entered Silent Heaven, how many days your character has spent awake in Silent Heaven, your character's unspent XP and lifetime XP earned.
Silent Heaven is played in real-time in an alternate present. See HELP THEME for timeline details. There is no in-game effect for the date your character entered Silent Heaven or the number of days your character has been awake. They're just for your reference.
XP is spent to level up skills. See HELP SKILLS for an overview of skills. You can earn up to 5 XP per day by completing the following activities:
+1 XP: Log in to your character.
+1 XP: Remain logged in for at least 30 minutes.
+1 XP: Roleplay a little.
+1 XP: Roleplay a lot.
+1 XP: Write a journal entry about today's roleplay. (See HELP JOURNAL.)
XP is awarded at the end of each day. Be sure to spend your XP! You may only hold a maximum of 200 unspent XP. If you go over 200, it will start being spent for you automatically.
As long as you haven't spent any XP, you can type REROLL to pick new starting skills.
REROLL
Your character can earn a lifetime maximum of 2,000 XP. Once your character hits 2,000 XP, it's time to start wrapping up your character's storylines in preparation for their final plot. You'll enjoy at least 3 months at Max XP while Storytellers work with you for a suitable ending for your character. A final plot determines the ultimate fate of your character. Your character could make it out of Silent Heaven alive, or succumb to the town and perish, or worse.
If your character makes it out of Silent Heaven alive, there's no returning to Silent Heaven. You can continue your character's story elsewhere, but they'll never be able to find their way back to Silent Heaven.
The final section of your character sheet is your top-ranked skills. A plus or minus next to a skill means that something is increasing or decreasing your character's ability to perform that skill. Food, drugs, wounds, environments and more can affect skills. To see all of your character's skills, type SKILLS. See HELP SKILLS for an overview of skills.
